Needless to say that Punjab is one of the blggest state in India and the culture of Punjab is also rlchest one. The economy of Punjab is very strong. Yet there are a minimum percentage of rural people is backward classes .The organization “Association for Education and Women Empowerment (AEWE)” is creating a strong attitude among the poor and backward classes adopting several soclo Economic upliftment through income generating activities and awareness In Health, Educatlon, Environment, Chlld Educatlon ,Sanitation and rights and duties of the women.The organization has initlated several programmes for vulnerable section by Inter-alla organizing them through group activitles particularly SHG mobilization and formation witha vlew to develop thelr livings.

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

I am glad to present the Annual Report for the year 2023-24 With strong attitude of socio Economic development of backward classes people particularly for women and girls.The Association for Education and Women’s Empowermenr(AEWE) will be continued to focus its activities in 2024-25 on strengthens the group activities and development of Marginal Farmers It is also the commitment of the Society to develop the livings for the child from other rehabilited Women and state .To continue the activities the Organization has reached to the doorsteps of 474 more and 326 helpless child .To reach this destination a number of field workers efforts are creditable.

Thgish year the organization has started some activities in Zirakpur area like establishment of Night School, Primary school, and Joint liabilities Group activities which will be insisted them with Bank connection in all respect.

My best regards and gratitude to the rural communities for their Intensive participation with the activities leading to the significance of progress has done by the Organisation.

It is the aims and objects of the organization for upliftment of the backward classes, my best commitment about the object which has been approached in the subsequent chapter and here is a message for the poor and distressed women that the social mobilization will be run smoothly in future through inter-alia organising the people.

Thanks to the lover of Organisation who invertedly support to the Organization as and when requirement of economic help. Without the help of them the organization will not be survived. My best confess to oblige the organization ,the individuals, the officials inspired and assisted for advancement. Thanks to Field workers, Animators, Volunteers and particularly the inherited co-operation of the Executive Committee members, advisors for dedication of their service and co-operation.
